Teenage killer’s face pictured for first time lying to police | News

Police have released unedited video showing Kian Moulton lying to police after killing Leo Ross in a random stabbing attack in Birmingham.
Body-worn video released by West Midlands Police shows Moulton speaking to officers at the scene where the 12-year-old was killed in January 2025. Moulton tells officers he “didn’t touch her.”
Moulton, 15, was sentenced to life probation on Tuesday, February 10, with a minimum sentence of 13 years in prison.
The killer’s name was published after the judge lifted the automatic anonymity rule granted to people under 18 in court.
Mr Justice Choudhury KC said the name of the murderer should be given due to public interest in the case.
