Rihanna exposes backside in wardrobe malfunction at A$AP Rocky’s fashion show

Rihanna had an unexpected fashion mishap while stepping out for the AWGE Fall/Winter 2026 show to support boyfriend A$AP Rocky during New York Fashion Week.
On Friday night, the 37-year-old singer was photographed attending a show at the Hall des Lumières in New York City. Rihanna wore a black fur-trimmed AWGE leather jacket featuring a sky-high slit at the back, which she paired with a black lace bra, sheer black footless socks, and pointed black stiletto heels.
When Rihanna arrived and entered the venue, the back slit of her jacket opened wider than intended, briefly revealing part of her backside.

The “We Found Love” hitmaker quickly readjusted the garment and pinned it together to cover the slit behind, but the revealing moment was captured on camera by photographers.
Once inside the venue, Rihanna appeared to ignore the incident as she sat in the front row next to Rocky’s cousin, rapper A$AP Nast, and Mel Ottenberg, his former stylist and editor-in-chief of Interview magazine.
The nine-time Grammy Award winner was seen smiling while watching the show and posing for photos with Nast and Ottenberg.

During an interview with Page Six’s Alexa After the show, Rihanna heaped praise on the 37-year-old rapper, who launched her fashion brand AWGE at Paris Fashion Week in 2024.
“I’m always proud of my man,” Rihanna said. “My man is creative and genius.”
Rihanna and Rocky (born Rakim Athelaston Mayers) began dating in late 2019 after years of friendship and working together. The duo went public with their romance in mid-2020 and later welcomed 3-year-old son RZA Athelston Mayers, 2-year-old Riot Rose Mayers, and six-month-old daughter Rocki Irish Mayers.

The Fenty Beauty founder was enamored with Rocky after his latest album, “Don’t Be Dumb,” peaked at number one on the Billboard 200 chart last month.
“I’m here to let you know that Dad got the NUMBER 1 ALBUM!!!” Rihanna wrote on social media at the time. “Aaahhhhhh hah! Don’t be stupid!!!”
During the 2021 interview via GQ, Rocky described Rihanna as “the love of my life” and “the lady.”

“Isn’t he the best?” he said. “I feel terrible around this guy. I feel like, ‘Damn, I look like his assistant.’ I’m getting on a plane. We must be covered in sweat. He wants to wear a full Bottega outfit. ‘Why did you do this to me?’ I thought.”
Rihanna also stated that their relationship naturally developed from friendship, and that they were cautious at first because they knew how meaningful the relationship could be if it worked.

“COVID accelerated our relationship, I felt like God knew we needed this because we were going to start a family,” she said. “And if it wasn’t for COVID, it would have taken us a lot longer to get used to each other, to even know that we were ready.”

Rihanna recalled that she and Rocky were sure they wanted to start a family together.

“We didn’t even really talk about it,” he said. “There was no denying it. It was the best thing that ever happened to us. It just happened.”
“I let God lead and let it go,” he said. “Because in my previous relationships, I tried and tried and tried my best and you still think it’s not enough. So when someone sees you completely and believes in you and thinks you’re worthy of being the mother of their child, it’s a great feeling. I felt the same for him. I knew he would be a great father.”
