Six Sarah Ferguson-linked companies to close after Epstein revelations | Sarah Ferguson

Six companies linked to Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor’s ex-wife Sarah Ferguson are being closed down after her relationship with Jeffrey Epstein was revealed.

A motion to dismiss each company was made after new details about Ferguson’s connection to Epstein emerged in millions of documents released by US authorities as part of the Epstein files, according to Companies House.

Ferguson, 66, was the sole director of six companies: S Phoenix Events, Fergie’s Farm, La Luna Investments, Solamoon Ltd, Philanthrapreneur Ltd and Planet Partners Productions Ltd.

Documents published last month show the former duchess telling Epstein: “I’m at your service. Just marry me.”

In an email exchange dated September 21, 2011, he apparently wrote: “I don’t know if you are still on this bbm but I heard you are having a baby boy with Duke.

“Even though you’ve never stayed in touch, I’m still here with love, friendship, and congratulations (sic) on your son. Sarah xx”

The email is followed by this message: “You disappeared… I didn’t even know you were having a baby. It was obvious that you were just friends with me to get to Andrew. And that really hurt me deeply (sic). More than you will ever know.”

Many of the interviews date from after Epstein was convicted of soliciting a child for prostitution in 2008.

Recent revelations from the Epstein files include that Ferguson thanked the convicted sex offender in 2009 for being the “brother” he “always wished for” and apologized “modestly” to his “dear friend” a month after publicly rejecting him in 2011.

Earlier this month, Ferguson’s charity, Sarah’s Trust, announced it would close for the “foreseeable future” after details of her relationship with Epstein emerged, while seven other charities, including the Teenage Cancer Trust, cut ties and canceled Ferguson’s patronage.

The publication of a new book was canceled last autumn, leading to thousands of books being pulped after she was stripped of her title as the royally divorced Duchess of York.

A representative of the former duchess has been contacted for comment.
