Probe TTD Laddu Row Impartially, Andhra Pradesh HC Directs CBI

Vijayawada: The Supreme Court led the CBI director to ensure that the SIDU investigations on the TTD LADDU adulteration case are both free and fair.
On Thursday, a single Justice Judge N. Harinath issued a final order in a written petition by K. Chinnpaana, the former special officer of AP Bhavan in the new Delhi.
He observed that the CBI director should not guide the Tirupatial additional sp Venkat Rao to conduct the investigation. Such a direction is contrary to the instructions of the Supreme Court.
The Supreme Court said that in the session of the AP court reconstructed according to the aspects of the AP court, AP’s Gundur Range Ig Sarvashresh Tripathi and Dig Visakhapatnam Gopinath Jatti were made members. Annex SP VENKAT RAO is not allowed to be included as an investigation officer.
He rejected that the Permanent Attorney’s CBI director had the authority to nominate Venkat Rao that he was unsustainable. He said that SIT, created by the state government, was changed by SIT based on the instructions of the Apex court. Venkat Rao was not part of this panel. The CBI Director said he should call any of the reconstructed civil servants in the SIT as an investigation officer.
