Glamorous phenomenon Bianca Dias passed away at the age of 27, just a few days after undergoing plastic surgery.
The Brazilian social media star, who had two daughters, is thought to have died of a pulmonary embolism.
Dias was recovering from surgery at his family’s beach house in Guarujá, near São Paulo, when he began experiencing shortness of breath.
He was hospitalized but passed away 18 days after the first procedure.
It was reported that an investigation has been launched into the cause of death.
The online star had more than 58,000 followers on Instagram and her bio read: ‘Living at my own pace, without rushing and with purpose.’
Pulmonary embolism is a well-known risk associated with major plastic surgery.
The risk of postoperative blood clots is highest in the first 48 hours following the procedure.
It also remains a critical concern for up to 20 days after surgery.

Fans shared the Brazilian star’s sadness on social media.
‘Did he just pass away?’ one user wrote in disbelief.
‘My love, how hard it is to believe this immeasurable pain, my friend. How hard it is to believe you’re gone. “My condolences to the entire family,” another said.
‘May God welcome you with open arms my friend and comfort the hearts of your entire family,’ wrote another.
Another sadly wrote: ‘I can’t believe this.’
