White Lotus star Alexandra Daddario, 39, and husband Andrew Form, 57, split after three years of marriage
Baywatch star Alexandra Daddario and her husband of three years Andrew Form have split.
They have been married for three years and have a child together.
According to New York court records he’s seen TMZDaddario filed for divorce from Form on Friday.
“Alexandra Daddario and Andrew Form have decided to end their marriage,” the 39-year-old actress’ representative said. People on Friday.
The statement said, “The decision was made with love and respect.” ‘They will continue to co-parent their children and will value privacy during this transition.’
They were last seen together on the red carpet at the Children’s Mental Health Foundation Los Angeles Committee Dinner and Celebration in Los Angeles in September.
Daddario and filmmaker Form, 57, married in June 2022.
The two have a 15-month-old son, and Daddario is also stepmother to Form’s two children, Rowan, 9, and Julian, 12, whom he shares with ex-wife Jordana Brewster.

The couple was spotted at the Baby2Baby Gala in West Hollywood in 2022.
Form was married to Brewster from 2007 to 2021.
Last year, Daddario responded to those who criticized his acting talent.
The star harshly criticized the allegations that he was a ‘bad actor’ and stated that otherwise he would not have received an Emmy nomination for his role in ‘White Lotus’.
When asked about the ugliest rumor she’s heard about herself, she told Elle magazine: ‘I’m a bad actor.’
‘I’m not a bad actor. I’ve done some projects that didn’t showcase me the way I should be showcased. OK?’
He continued: ‘Direction and script are everything. Sometimes I get bad lighting, but I’m not a bad actor. I have an Emmy nomination. How do you think I did this?’
Daddario also revealed that he had many acting roles he regretted, and that an independent film plagued by internal fights was his worst project.
The Mayfair Witches star said: ‘I have a lot of acting jobs that I regret doing. This is a tough question but I’ll be vague.

‘With all due respect to everyone I’ve worked with who worked hard, an independent film I made was a disaster. There’s a lot of infighting, producers leaving the set, just chaos.
‘I don’t want to say the name because you can’t, but I hated working on this. The movie doesn’t have to be good, but you know fighting isn’t something I’m interested in.’
Daddario played journalist Rachel Patton in the first season of The White Lotus, and previously revealed that series creator Mike White had an idea for Rachel and her husband Shane (Jake Lucy) to return for a cameo on the HBO series in the future.
He said: ‘Shane and I were on a boat, talking about other people, annoying everyone around us. Mike’s brain is always working. That’s his whole interpretation of the world around him: He’s always observing.’
