The tipster alleged that the same team was delayed in responding to a mass shooting at Brown University in Rhode Island at Patel’s direction and in holding a jet. Durbin said the team instead traveled from Quantico, Virginia, where the bureau is headquartered, to Providence, Rhode Island.
