Hailey Bieber has done it again. Just when I thought her “clean girl” aesthetic couldn’t get any fresher, she took to TikTok to share her latest makeup routine — simply captioning it “fresh skin and repeat lip” — and naturally, I immediately paused, zoomed, and replayed to reveal every product she used.
As someone who’s long been obsessed with Bieber’s polished, effortless approach to beauty, I can confirm that this routine is Hailey’s peak. It’s minimal, puts the skin first, and is entirely focused on enhancing what’s already there rather than covering it up. Even better? Many of the products she trusts are already cult favorites among beauty editors, including me.
As always, it starts with the skin. To create his signature ‘fresh skin’ primer, Bieber mixes Le Skin Weightless Foundation from beauty brand m.ph, which his longtime makeup artist Mary Phillips launched last year, with his own foundation Rhode Glass Milk.
I love this technique because mixing foundation with a moisturizing skincare product reveals instant coverage and adds that coveted lit-from-within glow. Using the m.ph Foundation Brush, she mixes the two on the back of her hand before gently working the mixture all over her skin. The result is exactly what you expect: skin-like, smoother, brighter and more even skin.
Next comes a product that I have seen myself use many times: Kosas Revealer Concealer. This is clearly part of his routine and I’m honestly not surprised by it. The creamy, moisturizing formula is one of my all-time favorites for crease-free illumination.
She applies it in dots under her eyes, around her nose and between her eyebrows, and then uses her finger to distribute it perfectly onto her skin. I couldn’t agree more with this technique; There’s something about the warmth of your fingertip that melts concealer into the skin in a way that brushes sometimes can’t replicate.
To lock everything in place without sacrificing that sparkle, Bieber reaches for what looks like this: Laura Mercier Translucent Talc-Talc-Free Setting Powder. She uses a small, precise powder brush to gently set targeted areas, keeping the overall look soft and natural rather than overly matte. This is a smart reminder that powder doesn’t mean flat.
Eyebrows remain simple as expected. It simply scans into place using them. Anastasia Beverly Hills Transparent Eyebrow Gelinstead of over-defining it, it embraces its natural shape.
Of course, this wouldn’t be a Hailey Bieber beauty look if it weren’t for Hailey Bieber’s signature fake freckles. Using a pencil that resembles a brown-toned freckle pencil, she carefully dots freckles on her cheeks and nose to mimic the look of naturally sun-kissed skin.
I quickly browsed the comments hoping to find clues, but it turns out I wasn’t alone; countless followers also wanted the exact product. So far the mystery has not been solved, but its impact is undeniable. It adds the final layer of believable realism that elevates the entire look.
Then comes what Bieber calls the “repeat lip,” and honestly I can see why he keeps coming back to this combination. She begins to shape her lips elegantly using Rhode’s Peptide Lip Shape In a warm brown tone, she gently blurs the edges with her finger to avoid harsh lines.
Then she adds another liner on top — the brand’s m.ph lip liner, which reviews speculated might be Bitter Sweet or Double Shot. Unfortunately, neither shade is currently available in the UK, which is devastating news for those hoping to recreate the exact look. With this, Summer Fridays Softline Lip Pencil Brownie is also an excellent alternative.
Finally, she completes her look with this: Bespoke Merit’s Signature Lip Blusha beautiful shade of pink-brown that ties everything together. The finish is soft, fuzzy and incredibly wearable; the kind of lip you can apply without a mirror and still look effortlessly polished.
What I love most about this routine is how approachable it feels. There are no complicated techniques or heavy layers. Sometimes it’s just about enhancing your complexion, adding warmth, and leaning into the features you already have.
