With the Delhi court discharging former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in the liquor policy case, the Congress on Friday (February 27, 2026) said it was a “foreseeable scenario” of the BJP and cases filed against its eligible “allies” in the AAP and others will quietly disappear in light of the Gujarat and Punjab elections.

The Congress called the BJP a “shape-shifting, desirous serpent – Icchadhari Naag”.
