Jerome | Woman found lifeless in suspicious circumstances
A woman was found unresponsive in suspicious circumstances on Friday in Saint-Jérôme, in the Laurentians.

Officers from the Saint-Jérôme police department were called to a residence Friday afternoon, where they discovered the lifeless body of the woman, confirms the Sûreté du Québec (SQ).
At the scene, they found a man, who was transported to a hospital. He will be met later by investigators, when his condition allows. “At this stage, all hypotheses are considered,” indicates SQ spokesperson Élizabeth Marquis-Guy.
The age of the victim and the exact location where he was discovered remain unknown at this time. The SQ will offer more details on Saturday.
An investigation was entrusted to the crimes against the person department of the SQ. A forensic technician was mobilized to analyze the location where the deceased woman was found.
