Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie asked not to attend Royal Ascot

Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie have reportedly been banned from this year’s Royal Ascot horse racing carnival.
The news comes amid concerns over her parents’ relationship with late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
The Princesses of York will not join the royal family at the annual horse racing event in June, Daily Mail reports.
The media noted that his sisters, the daughters of disgraced former prince Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson, would not be present with other senior royals for the royal procession.
The two women were “told they couldn’t be there this year” and were “blinded,” according to the report.
The Royal Ascot carriage parade, of which the Mountbatten-Windsors daughters have been a staple for many years, is a key part of the royal year.
Mountbatten-Windsor stepped back from her public royal role in 2019. The late Queen Elizabeth stripped her son of his military titles and patronages in January 2022.
His brother, King Charles III, stripped him of his remaining royal titles in October last year.
He was arrested and detained by Thames Valley Police on 19 February on suspicion of misconduct in public office. After being detained for approximately 12 hours, he was released without any charges within the scope of the investigation.
