Actor Awards 2026 WORST dressed: All the stars suffering fashion flops on the red carpet
The Actor Awards, formerly known as the Screen Actors Guild Awards, are finally here — and there’s sure to be some seriously crazy and unforgettable fashion fails tonight as A-list stars hit the red carpet.
The grand event, taking place at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, will honor this year’s biggest performances in film and television.
Winners are determined by active members of the SAG-AFTRA alliance, and this year some of Hollywood’s biggest names are nominated in a variety of categories.
The awards ceremony takes place just two weeks before the Oscars, which will take place on March 15.
Timothee Chalamet, Leonardo DiCaprio, Ethan Hawke, Michael B. Jordan and Jesse Plemons are competing for Best Actor in a Leading Role, while Jessie Buckley, Rose Byrne, Kate Hudson, Chase Infiniti and Emma Stone are competing with each other for Best Actress in a Leading Role.
Many of this year’s hit movies, including Marty Supreme, Hamnet, One Battle After Another, Sinners and Frankenstein, are set to be nominated for Best Cast in a Motion Picture.
Ahead of tonight’s ceremony, stars attended the awards in a series of sartorial nightmares and over-the-top outfits.

Multi-layered! Actress Patricia Arquette wore a red suit to the Actors Awards red carpet. She wore a bright red, velvet wrap top with a long, silky, V-neck top underneath. She paired it with a darker red, silky wrap skirt, chunky black boots, and a small black purse that hung on a single strap.
Stealing the show! Actress Fran Drescher wore a showgirl-style outfit to the awards; She wore a strapless, black sequined dress with sleeves made of pink feathers. She tied it all together with a huge top hat and black silk heels
Adam Brody caused a stir when he arrived at the Actor Awards. Brody looked like he was channeling the Cheerio cereal mascot as he wore a black suit and neon yellow silk button-up. She completed her look with black patent leather dress shoes and a pair of small black sunglasses.
Did you forget something at home? Comedian Mindy Kaling hit the red carpet in an almost completely see-through, black beaded skirt. She paired it with a black velvet bustier with a sheer floral pattern on the chest and a pair of elbow-length black velvet gloves.
Pajama party or night at the Actor Awards? Actress Parker Posey wore a long-sleeved bubblegum pink dress with a feathered hem and sleeves, making it look more like a nightgown than an awards show gown. She paired the look with minimal jewelery and styled her short bob in curls
Merry christmas! Actress Lisa Ann Walter looked like she was heading to a holiday party instead of an awards show as she wore a silky, bright green dress with large bows on the sleeves. She paired her bold dress with tons of silver jewelry and styled her hair into tight curls
Prom queen! Actress Kathryn Hahn looked like she was heading to her high school prom as she wore a black, long-sleeved dress and massive organza skirt. The dress featured a tiered hot pink belt to complement everything. Hahn wore her hair in a bun for the red carpet
Very exaggerated! The stunning Snitchery wore a crazy cream-colored dress covered from head to toe in feathers. The dress also featured a super wide and fluffy skirt and she paired it with a studded belt and black heels.
What is there in this world? Actress Sarah Pidgeon arrived on the red carpet in a lavender dress with a dramatic, irregular balloon skirt. The strapless dress featured some lace at the top, and she sported a messy updo by pairing the look with chunky heels in the same light color.
Blast from the past! Actress Hannah Einbinder looked straight out of the 1990s as she wore a mixed fabric dress. The front part of the high-collared dress is made of black pile fabric and the back part is made of bright baby blue silk fabric. She paired the bold look with pointy black satin heels and a red lip.
It looks very early 2000s! Michelle Randolph wore a light Tiffany blue silky dress with a balloon skirt. She paired the look with a pair of extremely chunky shoes in the same blue color and tied it all together with a chunky diamond tennis bracelet.

Reporter Keltie Knight looked like she was heading for a beach vacation as she walked the red carpet in a white cutout dress with dazzling flowers on the shoulders and bosom. The dress also featured a dramatic ruffle on one side, as she paired the look with a diamond tennis bracelet.
Will you be heading to the Actor Awards or the Sweet 16? Influencer Haley Kalil, who recently went viral by revealing that her ex-husband Matt Kalil is doing great, looked like she was heading to a prom or the Sweet 16 as she walked the red carpet. Kalil wore a strapless, light purple, satin dress with organza detailing on the skirt. It was a form-fitting bustier top and she wore her hair in tight curls with a few pieces framing her face.
Suitable for Autumn! Paige DeSorbo, co-host of the Giggly Squad podcast, arrived in a strapless, bronze-colored silk gown that looked a little more appropriate for an awards show held in October rather than March.
