T.N. CM Stalin inaugurates Fintech Tower at Nandambakkam

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin on Monday (March 2, 2026) inaugurated the Fintech Tower, a state-of-the-art building with a built-up area of ​​5.6 lakh square feet, built at a cost of Rs 249 million at Nandambakkam Fintech City in Chennai.

Spread over an area of ​​2.26 decares, Fintech Tower has two basement floors, a ground floor and 11 more floors. It aims to offer premium workspaces specifically for finance and fintech companies. The Prime Minister handed over the allocation instructions to the representatives of M/s. Prime Forex Pvt. Ltd., M/s. Simptra Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and M/s. MidFin Wealth Pvt. Ltd. during the event.

Ministers TM Anbarasan and TRB Rajaa; legislators I. Karunanithi and Varalakshmi Madhusudhanan; Chief Secretary N. Muruganandam; and senior officials attended.

Housing units were put into service

At another event, Mr. Stalin inaugurated 5,367 housing units constructed by the Tamil Nadu Urban Habitat Development Board in Kotturpuram, Mylapore and Teynampet in Chennai at a total cost of ₹ 1,261 crore. He also laid the foundations for the construction of 1,984 houses and also delivered allocation orders to the beneficiaries.

Deputy Chief Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin, Ministers TM Anbarasan, Ma. Subramanian and PK Sekarbabu; Chennai Mayor R. Priya; South Chennai MP Thamizhachi Thangapandian; and senior officials attended.
