Luisa Zissman says she is ‘constantly checking the skies’ while Sam Gowland attempts to flee the country after putting his £2m villa up for sale amid Iranian missile strikes in Dubai

Luisa Zissman and Sam Gowland are the latest foreign stars to speak out amid Iran’s missile attacks in Dubai.

Over the weekend, Iran launched a series of retaliatory airstrikes on the United Arab Emirates and other targets following US-Israeli military operations against Iran, causing significant damage in the center of influence, Dubai.

Apprentice star Luisa, 38, took to Instagram to give an update on Tuesday, sharing a video of herself on a dog walk with her seven-year-old daughter Clementine, admitting she was ‘constantly checking the sky’ for missiles, alongside a playful emoji.

Her update comes after she revealed she was forced to retreat to her basement with her children after ‘massive explosions’ over the weekend.

Elsewhere, Geordie Shore star Sam, 30, who recently moved from Bali to Dubai, revealed he booked a last-minute flight to Mauritius and wrote: ‘Thank goodness it was quiet again in my area last night but parts of the UAE are still being hit hard!!’

Before the strikes began, Sam put his £2 million Dubai villa up for sale, writing on Instagram on Thursday: ‘After much consideration I have decided to sell my Dubai villa for AED10 million (£2 million GBP), non-negotiable and open to offers.’

Many celebrities and influencers are changing their approach to the crisis; Stars including Vicky Pattison have been posting appalling content before walking back and insisting the reports were exaggerated.

Last year Luisa moved to Dubai with two of her three children, including nine-year-old Indigo Esme, Clementine and her Irish millionaire husband Andrew Collins.

Her eldest daughter, 15-year-old Dixie, whom she shares with ex-husband Oliver Zissman, is staying in England to complete her education at a boarding school.

Earlier in the week, Luisa revealed that she stocked her basement for emergencies because she had friends sleeping in their basements.

In her latest update, she shared a selfie video showing herself on a dog walk, saying to the camera: ‘Hey guys, Clemmie is walking somewhere in the desert with some friends and I’m walking the dogs. I didn’t want to walk in the desert…

‘So we’re sitting here, right? This is Murphy and little Crumble is here too. It’s very quiet here today, which is a nice, nice feeling of calm. We had a very nice, normal day. We had breakfast – good breakfast/lunch – with some friends. . .

‘One of my friends is stranded in England, her husband and kids have come over for the last few days to see how things are going…

‘It was pretty noisy last night but it’s still fine in here now. Just not knowing what will happen next or when it will end.’

Just days before the strikes began, Sam announced plans to sell his newly built mansion in Dubai for a jaw-dropping £2 million.

The reality star turned property mogul, Sam, spoke out about the missiles again shortly after responding to comments from vile trolls who he claimed were enjoying the disaster and wishing him ill.

In a video shared over the weekend he said: ‘I can’t understand any of the tweets [and] Comments about what’s happening in Dubai. People celebrate by saying ‘I’m glad I saw something like this happen to Dubai’ or ‘I hope your house gets hit’…

‘I have thick skin, but even from a human perspective I can’t believe some of the things I see. There are many different reasons why people come here, but seeing other people making ill wishes…

‘Read the comments on Instagram about the post of my house, I am lost for words.’
