Bianca Censori is unrecognizable in demure outfit arriving at court to testify in $57m Kanye West lawsuit

When Bianca Censori arrived at a Los Angeles courthouse on Thursday to testify in a lawsuit against husband Kanye West, she first turned heads with a modest look that was a far cry from her usual racy attire.

The Australian-born model and architect, 31, famous for her near-nude outfits, including her near-nude 2025 Grammys look, looked uncharacteristically conservative in a black cardigan paired with a long skirt.

Her high heels were a subtle nod to her normally flamboyant style, but her hair was pulled back into a tight bun and she wore glasses to complete the simple outfit.

The censure came shortly after plaintiff Tony Saxon was seen entering Los Angeles Superior Court.

West and Censori are set to testify in a civil lawsuit filed by Saxon, who was hired in 2021 as a project manager to renovate West’s Malibu mansion and is alleged to have been accused of unpaid wages, dangerous working conditions and wrongful termination.

The legal dispute stems from an initial arrangement reached in September 2021, when West planned a series of sweeping renovations at the oceanfront Malibu mansion he purchased for more than $57 million.

Saxon said in legal documents filed with the court that it provided multiple services, meeting West’s unique requirements. These included project management, property manager and security.

Saxon said in legal documents that he worked up to 16 hours a day on the renovation and sometimes had to sleep on the floor with his coat on to stay on schedule.

Saxon said in his legal filing that relations between himself and the Runaway rapper went south two months later in November 2021.

The developer told the court he had voiced his opposition to a number of requests made by West to renovate the house.

Saxon said West ordered him to demolish the marble bathrooms and remove all plumbing, windows and electrical equipment.

When West suggested moving the large generators inside the house, Saxon told the court he informed West it would create a major fire hazard.

Saxon said in the lawsuit that West threatened him in response and told him he would be viewed as an “enemy” if he did not fulfill his vision.

Saxon said West told him, ‘If you don’t do what I say, you won’t work for me, I won’t be your friend anymore and you’ll only see me on TV.’

Censori's look was a departure for the star, who is famous for her barely-there outfits, including her nearly nude 2025 Grammys appearance.

Saxon said in legal documents that he told West he didn’t watch television and was promptly kicked out and told to ‘get the hell out’ of the house.

Saxon claimed in court that West only paid him for one week’s work. He’s suing West for a litany of labor law violations and more than $1 million in unpaid wages and damages.

In the lawsuit, Saxon said his vision for the rapper’s home was to turn it into a “1910s-era bomb shelter.” NBC News.

“We were going to gut all of this and build him a Batcave,” Saxon said, adding that the rapper told him he wanted a place where he could “hide from the Clintons and the Kardashians.”

Although Saxon believed the house was more of an ‘art project,’ he later realized that West actually wanted to live there.

Saxon said the West ‘doesn’t want electricity’.

‘He just wanted the plants. He just wanted candles. He just wanted battery lights. And he wanted everything to be light and dark.’

West denied all charges, requesting that the case be dismissed in a filing in November 2023.

The rapper’s lawyers said he was not responsible for the damages Saxon claimed he suffered and that Saxon was doing things he was not aware of.

A series of 2024 photographs of the house showed disrepair: The floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the ocean had been removed, leaving the side exposed to the elements.

The interior of the house, exposed to salty air, wind and water by the ocean, appeared to be collapsing and the metal railings were rusting.

West’s neighbors in Malibu told TMZ in 2024 that his mansion had been “left to rot” and that they “hadn’t seen anyone around in months.”
