When you think about it, we come across a lot of strange things in Canberra – a swamp moth statue, colonies of bats in Commonwealth Park, bus shelters that look like bomb shelters, a giant owl at Belco and of course Alexander Bunyip, forever caught in bronze at Gungahlin.
