Leavitt, 28, appeared on Sunday Morning Futures with Maria Bartiromo this weekend and delivered his hollow platitudes of “short term and long term” when asked about the impact of the war on American citizens. “With what’s going on with gas prices right now, this is a short-term disruption to the long-term gain of eliminating the rogue Iranian terrorist regime and finally ending restrictions on the free flow of energy in the Middle East and the Strait of Hormuz,” he told the Fox News host.
