Bomb threat reported on JetBlue flight from Boston to Florida, according to authorities

A bomb threat was reported on a JetBlue flight from Boston’s Logan Airport to Vero Beach, Florida, on Saturday afternoon.
In the video sent to Boston 25, a K-9 dog can be seen sniffing the plane.
Customers sat on the tarmac for almost three hours as authorities investigated the threat.
Law enforcement officials in Florida apologized to customers on the plane and explained to them that although the threat was not “valid,” they should take appropriate action.

JetBlue said in a statement that the flight from Boston to Vero Beach was taxied to a remote area after landing due to a possible security threat.
Police forces met the plane and evacuated it. The safety of our customers and crew is JetBlue’s top priority. Any further questions should be directed to law enforcement.
Boston 25 also reached out to the Massachusetts State Police.
