Chappell Roan commands attention in sheer black look at Paris Fashion Week

Chappell Roan turned heads at Paris Fashion Week with her bold, sheer black look that left little to the imagination.

Roan, 28, has embraced the sheer trend that has taken over the fashion industry over the past week, with A-list stars stepping out in bold looks.

“The Subway” singer was joined by Zendaya, Jessica Chastain and K-pop star Jennie.

Known for pushing the boundaries in fashion, Roan’s appearance came as no surprise.

Roan attended the Alexander McQueen show on March 8 in a sheer, full-length black dress. The dress featured a corset-style structured bodice made of translucent fabric.

Zendaya stepped out in a tailored white button-down shirt with structured shoulders and a sharp collar. The actress tucked her top into a dramatic high-low skirt that featured a voluminous, cloud-like silhouette that showed off her shapely legs.

K-pop star Jennie joined the sheer trend while attending the Chanel fashion show on March 9. The “How You Like That” singer wore a black bra and matching high-waisted panties underneath a sheer, knee-length dress. The fishnet dress featured intricate green beads arranged in a diamond lattice pattern.

She accessorized with pointy, slingback heels and wore her hair into a sleek high bun.

Diane Kruger appeared at the Givenchy show. The actress and model wore a structured black leather crop top with thin spaghetti straps, revealing part of her midriff.

Kruger paired the cropped top with a matching high-waisted black leather midi skirt. She accessorized with a bold red top-handle purse and oversized silver earrings.

Jessica Chastain dazzled in a bold, head-to-toe orange outfit. The star of “The Help” opted for a sharp-cut, double-breasted blazer in a vibrant citrus hue. The blazer fell to mid-thigh, almost functioning as a mini dress and revealing the matching orange outfit underneath.
