More than one million migrants are claiming Universal Credit in Britain, latest figures show
More than one million immigrants are currently demanding universal loans – the majority of them are unemployed.
The new official statistics show that the number of foreign nationals that took advantage of the benefit rose from 883,470 to 1.26 million last month in 2022.
The majority of immigrants are not paid at the job of universal credit – a situation that is defined as ‘sustainable’.

Rob Bates from the Migration Control Center said: ‘More than a million immigrants are demanding benefits in England.
“It is an unsustainable situation that reveals the real consequences of mass migration to the British people.
‘If we have the hope of turning the tide, uncertain leave should be scrapped to continue to stay.’
