Iran war LIVE: Trump’s 48 hour Strait of Hormuz warning – 3 European cities ‘in danger’ | World | News

US President Donald Trump has threatened to “destroy” Iran’s power grid if the Strait of Hormuz is not reopened within 48 hours.
“IF Iran DOES NOT FULLY OPEN THE Strait of Hormuz WITHOUT THREAT WITHIN EXACTLY 48 HOURS from this point, the US President will strike and destroy various POWER PLANTS, STARTING WITH THE LARGEST FIRST,” the US President said in an angry Truth Social post on Wednesday.
His warning comes as Israel claims Iran could attack as far as London, Paris and Berlin.
Iran’s attacks on Britain’s Diego Garcia base in the Chagos Islands showed that Tehran’s forces can target targets much further away than previously thought. I
Ali Mousavi, Ran’s representative to the International Maritime Organization, said ships other than those he described as “enemy” could pass through the Strait of Hormuz if they coordinated with Iranian authorities in advance to ensure safety and security.
