Andrew spotted with horses just days after being urged to stop riding | Royal | News

Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor was spotted inspecting horses in a field near his home on the Sandringham estate on Saturday. The 66-year-old man was accompanied by another man, possibly a member of staff, while pointing at the horses.

Following his arrest last month on suspicion of misconduct in public office, royal aides urged Andrew to stop wandering the property. In connection with his arrest and release under investigation later the same day, Andrew was frequently seen riding near his former home, the Royal Lodge in Windsor.

A source told The: Sun last month: “He has been ordered not to ride since his arrest last week. This is considered a bad look. They do not think he should be seen grinning and smiling on his horse as he was at Windsor.”

“But it was one of the few things he actually enjoyed doing, so what will he do with his time?”

The riding ban came after he voluntarily surrendered his gun license to the police in 2025, which ultimately put an end to another of his hobbies.

The disgraced royal held the role of trade ambassador for the United Kingdom from 2001 to 2011, a role that gave him privileged access to senior Government and business contacts around the world.

Emails shared by Ghislaine and “Individual-5” were cited as evidence supporting sex allegations in the FBI’s application to a US court for a warrant to search Epstein’s homes in June 2020. Sun on Sunday reported.

The emails in court match some of the emails seen in the Epstein files between the “Invisible Man,” said to be Andrew, and Maxwell. The former prince has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing.
