Passenger on Columbus to Atlanta Frontier flight makes false bomb threat

A flight from Columbus to Atlanta was briefly halted due to passenger threats, according to media reports.
According to Fox News and 11 Alive in Atlanta, Frontier Airlines Flight 2539 from Columbus to Atlanta was taxiing towards the gate of Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport when a passenger made a verbal bomb threat.

Atlanta’s 11 Lives Air traffic control reported that audio showed the passenger also threatening the woman in the seat next to him.
According to the voice recording transmitted by the television channel, the pilot said, “He is in his seat. He starts threatening to kill the woman sitting next to him and says there is a bomb on the plane.” he said.
“Out of an abundance of caution and in coordination with local authorities, the aircraft was parked in a remote location while law enforcement responded,” the airline told USA TODAY. he said.
According to media reports, passengers were removed from the plane and taken to the terminal by bus, where it was ultimately determined that there was no credible threat.
