A Disciplinary Committee held in the center of London, in 1993, the inspector visited the facilities of Mr. Seymour-Hamilton, the inspector, “the mop under the dominant fragrance and slime”, including the “non-hygienic conditions in the operating room heard.
He said there was no “any place to wash ile with about 100 syringes on a dresser.
The RCVs showed their applications “fundamental hygiene and the maintenance of animals.”

He gave detailed explanations of his comprehensive study of “eliminating fatal bacterial infections in humans and animals”.
The former veterinarian said that “Prime Minister has sent E -mail to 3,221 authorities, including the prime minister 13 times and 220 NHS trusts”.
Mr. Seymour-Hamilton, who said that he examined the veterinary medicine for at least two hours a day, traveled in what he calls “completely secure research tool with his last twenty-year dogs and spent to“ carry out the latest technology research ”.

The Committee, which rejected the application, concluded that Mr. Seymour-Hamilton did not show a “real idea ına to his previous behavior.
Paul Morris, the chairman of the committee, said: “Mr. Seymour-Hamilton still has no understanding of why it has not been restored in the past.
“He is passionate about his research, but he does not support this research with any refereed publication, in fact, attempts to gain all recognition were rejected.
“The Committee believes that after such a long time, which cannot be restored as a veterinarian surgeon, the ongoing applications of Seymour-Hamilton should receive time, resources and expenses (ultimately registered by all veterinarian surgeons, and ultimately, ultimately confront the fact that it is possible.
“College, while Mr. Seymour-Hamilton cannot prevent it from being restored to registration, he should realize that this is not a good use of the finite resources of the college.
“Currently, 86 years old and hasn’t practiced for more than 30 years, and in fact it has been unregistered for longer than it is.
“The Committee hopes that Mr. Seymour-Hamilton will take all the effects on the ongoing applications before deciding to present more.”
