SC Frowns Upon HC Granting Bail to Kannada Actor Darshan in Murder Case

New Delhi: On Thursday, the Supreme Court expressed his reservation of the Karnataka Supreme Court’s decision to bail to the actor Darshan Thoogudeepa in Kannada murder. JB Pardiwala and R Mahadevan said the Supreme Court was ‘not convinced’ in the way he applied his own appreciation.
