Implement Supreme Court verdict in the TAIT-2022: Congress leader writes to CM

Congress Legislative Assembly Party leader Vijay Wadettiwar on Thursday, April 9, 2026, wrote a letter to Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, asking him to implement the Supreme Court of India order in the TAIT-2022 teacher recruitment process, highlighting the alleged injustice faced by OBC candidates.

Demanding immediate implementation of the Supreme Court order, Mr. Wadettiwar said, “Due to the wrong decision of the education department of the state government, around 8000 OBC and other candidates were excluded from the recruitment process despite their merit.”
