Voters in Kerala may have to wait a little longer for the updated vote percentage figures of Thursday’s Assembly polls. Election officials said the final data may take a day or two as District Election officers and Returning officers need to complete the updates before the Election Commission of India (EC) compiles and announces the official turnout.
The ECINET app shows voter turnout at 78.27% as of Thursday night. This is ‘provisional’ and does not cover service voters and postal ballots.
