Woman allegedly tried to kill 10yo girl with poison in Queensland

Last month, a woman in Queensland was charged with attempting to murder a 10-year-old girl by poisoning her.
The 43-year-old woman allegedly administered poison to herself and a 10-year-old girl she knew in Yarrabilba, about 40 kilometers south-east of the Brisbane CBD, on March 12.
They both got sick and vomited.
They were taken to Logan Hospital and the girl was discharged the same day.
The woman remained in hospital until she was taken into police custody on Friday.
He is now charged with one count of attempted murder (a domestic violence crime).
He was taken into custody and is expected to appear at Beenleigh Magistrates’ Court on May 12.
