Trump diagnosed with chronic venous insufficiency

The White House said on Thursday that President Donald Trump had a common vessel disorder that showed a comprehensive medical examination, but he cleared him from more serious illnesses.
The White House, after showing Trump with the swollen ankles of the photos, announced the medical information of the 79 -year -old president in response to speculation.
Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said Trump has noticed swelling in recent weeks and received a comprehensive assessment by the White House Medical Unit.
He was diagnosed with chronic venous insufficiency, which Leavitt described as “a benign and widespread situation especially in individuals over 70 years of age.”
Chronic venous insufficiency occurs when a person’s leg vessels are damaged, restricted circulation and cause blood to accumulate in the legs. Cleveland Clinic.
According to the clinic, chronic venous insufficiency affects approximately 1 in 20 adults and the risk increases with age.
Leavitt said Trump did not suffer any of the situation.

Leavitt also discussed periodic caries that can be seen periodically behind Trump’s hand. Combined with the aspirin regime, he said it was caused by the irritation of “frequent handshake”.
Leavitt said that medical examination could not find deep vein thrombosis or arterial illness.
Trump’s blood test results were all in “normal limits” and a echocardiogram “without heart failure, renal failure or no sign of systemic disease” confirmed “normal heart structure and function”.
