Tamil Nadu recorded a success rate of 99.92% among students appearing for the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Class 10 board exams. This is a marginal increase from last year when the State registered 99.86%. CBSE Class 10 results were declared on Wednesday and the national pass percentage was recorded at 93.7%.
Starting this year, CBSE will conduct two Class 10 board exams for students to give them a chance to improve their performance and reduce their load. When the exams ended in March, many students had decided to take the second batch of exams due to the difficulty of the Mathematics question papers.
