Sarah Ferguson ‘burying head in sand and rarely goes outside’ | Royal | News

Sarah Ferguson’s hiding place was revealed after 213 days of not being seen. The former Duchess of York has finally been spotted at a luxury £2,000-a-night ski resort in the Austrian Alps.

A source said Fergie kept a low profile and rarely left the Royal Lodge in Windsor until she was kicked out by the King in February. Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor escaped from the Royal residence and appears to have been in hiding ever since.

Source told Sun He said Sarah clearly wanted to remain private as her choice of clothing was “clearly carefully chosen” to help her avoid being identified. They said the area in the Alps was “very quiet most of the time”, making it a good place for Ferguson to hide “when it’s hot”.

The source added: “The Epstein Files hit like a sledgehammer and Sarah didn’t want to be seen by anyone. She was effectively hiding and can’t face what happened.”

“He was leaving fake breadcrumbs to keep people from tracking him down, and very few people were allowed into the secret. But he saw Andrew get arrested and read all the headlines about the Epstein investigations, and he knows this is a very serious situation.”

“Even though he knew the scandal would not go away, he buried his head in the sand and decided to hide for as long as possible.”

Sarah Ferguson’s discovery follows the publication earlier this year of emails between her and convicted pedophile and sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein. He has since been asked to testify before the US Congress about his “personal and business ties” to Epstein.

On February 19, former Prince Andrew was arrested at Sandringham on suspicion of abuse of public office due to his ties to Epstein. He was released under investigation.

Andrew has consistently and passionately denied any wrongdoing

There are calls for Sarah to return to the UK to meet with authorities.

The source said: “(The calls) are getting louder every day – and so is the speculation about his whereabouts. It’s taking him one day at a time, but the problem is, the days are piling up and the clamor for him to talk to authorities about Epstein and what he knows gets louder every day.”

It is important to note that the mention of the name in the ‘Epstein Files’ does not imply any inaccuracy.
