Godrej Properties names Amitesh Shah as Zonal CEO-MMR after Priyansh Kapoor’s exit, Sandeep Navlakhe appointed COO

Amitesh Shah is called Zonal CEO-MMR in Godrej Properties after the release of Priyansh Kapoor, while Sandeep Navlakhe will step as the chief business officer (COO) after the resignation of Vikas Singhal.

Amitesh Shah, since July 19, 2025, will serve as a Zonal CEO-MMR tomorrow, the company gave information on a stock exchange on Friday. As of August 1, 2025, Sandep Navlakhe will take a new position as COO.

About Amitesh Shah

Amitesh Shah has more than twenty years of experience in sectors such as real estate, financial services and technology. Before this role, he was the regional president of MMR 1.

In 2011, he joined the Godrej Properties as the General Manager -business development and then promoted to the President -MZ1. Shah has previously worked as a sales manager of Icicıcı.
