‘Dark Day’: SHOCK AT NDIS REFORMS
Reaction to the government’s major changes to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) announced by the Health Secretary Mark Uşak Yesterday, this morning is leading the way in most places, with disability advocates voicing serious concerns about the reforms.
The Albanian government wants to remove more than 160,000 people from the scheme by the end of the decade by narrowing eligibility and moving some support outside the NDIS through state-run “essential supports”. ABC reports.
