A boat migrant raped a teenage girl within three months of arriving in the UK but was allowed to walk free by a judge if he took lessons on consent. The teenager was said to have attacked the girl of the same age last September after attending the same school, the court heard.
The boy and his victim had met at school before colliding with each other on September 23, 2025, when he forced her into bushes next to a skate park and forced her to the ground. A source close to the family told The Sun on Sunday: “The victim’s family is furious. They are furious. This sentence is a complete joke.”

“The victim has to carry this for the rest of his life, yet he can walk out like nothing happened.”
Shadow Home Secretary Chris Philp said: “This vile attacker must be jailed for his crimes. Detention should be the only punishment for rapists.”
“These attacks continue to occur under this weak Labor Government that has lost control of our borders.
“The only way to fix this is with the Conservative Party’s Border Plan – drop the ECHR so we can deport all illegal immigrants and foreign-born criminals.”
