Azharuddin, Kodandaram Nominated to Telangana Legislative Council
Hyderabad: Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla on Sunday nominated former Indian cricket captain and minister Mohammad Azharuddin to the Telangana Legislative Council under the Governor’s quota. Also, the founder of Telangana Jana Samithi (TJS), Prof. He also nominated M. Kodandaram for another seat. A government order issued on Sunday confirmed both nominations.
The decision came after a courtesy call and formal request from Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, who met the Governor at Lok Bhavan on April 19 to resolve the pending nominations.
