This is the moment a man was arrested after allegedly drilling beachgoers after an argument over a sun lounger.

Yacov Jacques Levi, 50, was arrested Wednesday afternoon following the incident at the Solimar apartments in Surfside, Miami.

The arrest report states that the situation began when Levi was told that he could not use the lounge chairs reserved for local residents.

It is claimed he then became “angry” and tried to attack them with an umbrella before stripping naked.

Levi then allegedly “lunged forward” while holding a drill and yelled, “I’m going to kill you,” according to the report.

Witnesses told police they fled the scene after seeing the man brandishing the device.

When officers arrived, police said Levi refused to comply with commands and began rolling in the sand. He is also accused of kicking an officer who tried to restrain him.

Body camera footage obtained by WPLG shows officers pointing their guns at Levi as he sits topless in a beach chair.

“We had him at gunpoint,” an officer can be heard saying over the radio.

“Put your hands up or you’ll get a shock,” another officer warned.

Levi was charged with attempted aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, battery on a police officer and criminal mischief, according to court records.

Turner was later booked into Guilford Knight Prison, where he remained without bail. He has not yet made a defence.
