Princess Eugenie pregnant with third child

Princess Eugenie and her husband Jack Brooksbank are expecting their third child later this year, Buckingham Palace said.
The palace said England’s King Charles was “delighted” by the news, and that the couple’s sons August, 5, and Ernest, 2, were “very excited” to welcome their younger sister or brother into the family.
In a photo shared by Eugenie, 36, on Instagram, Ernest, wearing a Chelsea football shirt, and August, wearing a long-sleeved gray T-shirt, can be seen holding a baby scan picture.
The princess shared: “Baby Brooksbank due in 2026!” followed by a series of red heart emojis and a baby emoji.
Buckingham Palace said in a statement: “Her Royal Highness Princess Eugenie and Mr Jack Brooksbank are delighted to announce that they are expecting their third child together this summer.
“August (five years old) and Ernest (two years old) are also very excited about adding another sibling to the family.
“His Majesty the King has been informed and is delighted with the news.”
The baby will be born 15th in line to the throne, making his great-uncle the Duke of Edinburgh 16th in line to the throne.
He is also the late Queen Elizabeth II. He will be Elizabeth’s 15th great-grandchild and the third to be born since her death in 2022.
The new arrival will be Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor’s fifth grandchild, following the birth of Princess Beatrice’s daughter Athena Mapelli Mozzi in January last year.
