Cognizant trims shareholder payouts as AI dealmaking gathers pace

Last year, shares of TCS, Cognizant, Infosys, HCLTech, Wipro and Tech Mahindra lost value by 29%, 32%, 22%, 23%, 17% and 2% respectively. Much of the pressure comes from concerns about automation tools and AI-led efficiency impacting traditional revenue streams.
