Loose Women star Nadia Sawalha dropped from ITV show ‘to give her some space’ after she was accused of sharing ‘anti-Semitic conspiracy theories’ on social media

Loose Women star Nadia Sawalha has been axed from the popular ITV show after being accused of sharing ‘unhinged’ anti-Semitic conspiracy theories on social media.
Nadia, 61, did not appear on the panel this week and will not attend next week. A source claims that although bosses love him, both parties are ‘taking some space’ before discussing any return.
Despite leaving Loose Women, she was live on the ‘Coffee Moan’ YouTube show this morning with her husband Mark Adderley, who was suspended from the Green Party over ‘anti-Semitic rumours’.
The couple were reacting to the local election results and he once again accused dark forces, particularly within the Labor Party, of slandering his wife.
However, another insider claimed that the YouTube channel she runs with her husband contained ‘dangerous’ posts.
They said: ‘People both on and off camera at ITV have complained to bosses about the increasingly conspiratorial nature of the YouTube channel, which resembles antisemitism disguised as anti-Israel rhetoric.
‘Several colleagues fear Nadia has brought this situation upon herself due to her dangerous role, and concerns are growing about her mental health.’

Ms. Sawalha last appeared on Loose Women at the end of April and usually appears on the women-only panel at least once a week.
She was cast as one of the original cast members when the show launched in 1999 and has been a regular fixture ever since.
When her husband was ousted from office by the Greens and prevented from standing as a candidate in Croydon for “rants” that included comparing Israel to Nazi Germany, she blamed “dark forces”.
Adderley also shared vile conspiracy theories blaming Jews for the 9/11 attacks and the Bondi Beach terror massacre in Australia, as well as videos praising the “courage” of Hamas’s atrocities in Israel on 7 October.
ITV has refused to comment on allegations that Ms Sawalha has been sacked.
But the Daily Mail understands the publisher has taken a dim view of his controversial comments.
Another source noted that ITV and Ms Sawalha both needed some ‘space’.
It won’t be on the air for at least another week, according to insiders, and both parties will likely meet to review any potential returns.
“We love Nadia, she’s a great Loose Woman,” the show’s source said. ‘There’s a lot going on, so Loose Women takes a break from it to calm down a bit.’
Her husband, Mr Adderley, 55, regularly uploads critical content to his YouTube channel, accompanied by his wife.
Many of the couple’s videos indicate that ‘Israeli false flag’ operations were behind the assassination of US political figure Charlie Kirk, a missile attack on a British base in Cyprus and the recent firebombing of Jewish community ambulances in Golders Green, north London.
Shortly after Mr Adderley was suspended by the Greens, his wife posted: A 21-minute long social media rant in which she blamed ‘dark forces behind everything you see’ on social media and claimed her husband had been ‘slandered’ and unfairly punished.
She added: ‘He’s the most kind-hearted, most decent, gentle, super smart guy.’
She vowed to continue supporting the Greens despite her husband’s suspension.
The TV panellist, a former EastEnders star, insisted the accusations were taken out of context and said the couple ‘recorded everything’ to prove it.
Ms Sawalha also claimed that her husband’s suspension was due to an internal grievance and described the process as a ‘schism’, arguing that his activism was ‘purely altruistic’.
Ms Sawalha regularly appears in videos uploaded by her husband, who despite his suspension still appears on Thursday’s ballot papers as the Green candidate for Crystal Palace and Upper Norwood.
She explained that her husband’s ‘brave’ behavior was at the ‘punishment stage’ [speaking] We stand with the Palestinians in a way that very few people ‘dare’ to do so.
Despite his suspension, his name was still on Thursday’s ballot papers as the Green candidate for Crystal Palace and Upper Norwood in the Croydon election.
The Campaign Against Antisemitism had previously called on ITV to investigate Ms Sawalha.
A spokesperson said: ‘What kind of ‘dark forces’ is Nadia Sawalha talking about?
‘You expect wives to be faithful, but using even more insistently the conspiratorial tropes that her husband encouraged, which probably got her removed from the Green Party, is not the way to do that.
‘Ms Sawalha has now drawn scrutiny and must investigate whether Loose Women is too loose-spoken to remain in office.’
Alex Hearn, of the advocacy group Labor Against Antisemitism, who described Ms Sawalha’s posts as ‘mindless’, welcomed the development.
He said: ‘Nadia Sawalha has been posting disgusting, illogical rants online for some time now. ‘It’s time for ITV to take action against him before he causes serious damage to the reputation of one of Britain’s oldest broadcasters.’
Ms. Sawalha has been contacted for comment.
