On Monday, Joe, 44, branded himself a ‘proud husband’ on Instagram by sharing a gushing message to Stacey amid ongoing questions about their marriage.
The former EastEnders star insisted he “never saw it as anything extraordinary” as he supported Stacey in the Britain’s Got Talent semi-final on Saturday night.
After appearing as a guest judge earlier in the series, Stacey entered the ITV talent show as the golden buzzer attended Braunstone Community Primary School for their performance.
He was joined in the audience by Joe and their two children, Rex, six, and Rose, four.
They are also proud parents to two-year-old daughter Belle, Stacey’s older sons Zachary, 18, and Leighton, 13, and Joe’s son Harry, 18, from previous relationships.
The family received VIP treatment during the live semi-final as they sat in the front row before hitting the famous golden buzzer and taking the judges’ seat.
Sharing a series of photos from the night, Joe enthused: ‘I never take the chance to share moments like this with my family for granted.

During the programme, presenters Ant and Dec chatted to Stacey, who said: ‘I can’t wait to watch them. ‘I know they will have the time of their lives there and that’s what this show means to me.’
“I’m so honored to be here and loved every second of it, good luck to everyone tonight,” he said as the audience cheered.
Stacey returned to Instagram after ‘cutting off ties with the world’ as she gave followers updates on her family life after it was revealed she and Joe were having some ‘issues’.

Besides spending time in the garden, they baked chocolate cakes and spent quality time together.

Just a few hours later, Stacey was photographed wearing her engagement ring but not her wedding ring.
But a source told the Daily Mail: ‘They have six children. If you look back at when they actually got married, it was a whirlwind of baby after baby. ‘They haven’t gotten to that yet.’
This comes after filming of their family’s reality TV show was paused and tensions at home disrupted the filming schedule.
The Daily Mail revealed that the team had rebooked in December to start filming, but tensions at Pickle Cottage were becoming increasingly difficult to manage behind the scenes and an insider revealed ‘there were issues between Stacey and Joe’.
This week continued with Stacey filming scenes for Stacey & Joe at Scotts Tulip Farm in Brentwood, a stone’s throw from her £1.2million home Pickle Cottage.
The BBC announced last month that it had greenlit a third season and will continue to follow the couple’s blended family as they go about their daily lives.
The popular series follows their lives at Pickle Cottage with their children.
