American man accused of killing wife to appear in Italy court after fleeing U.S.

A Texas man accused of killing his pregnant wife will appear in an Italian courtroom for a judge to decide whether to extradite him to the U.S. The man cut off his ankle monitor and fled to Milan, where he was detained by Italian authorities on a fake Belgian passport, according to the federal complaint.
