Rabbitohs face Dolphins after Sharks extend Bulldogs’ losing streak

The Dogs came so close to scoring another fine consolation try when a nifty passing play through the middle saw Lachie Galvin charge towards the line, but Hohepa Puru caught his shorts and Samuel Stonestreet joined in the tackle and Galvin lost the ball a step short of the try line.

That’s it for this one as the Sharks put away the final seconds of the game.

Game one of the Magic Round wasn’t particularly competitive but the Cronulla faithful won’t mind that as their side started to get things back on track after losing three of their last four games.

Now we’re gearing up for a bumper second game with Latrell Mitchell back in action and the Dolphins playing against one of the best offensive lines in the league.
