Students Duped with Promise of Jobs in Startup

vijayawada: Students studying at SRM University in Mangalagiri were allegedly duped with the promise of jobs in a startup after collecting around Rs 1.5 million.

The aggrieved students filed a complaint with the police. Based on preliminary investigation, police identified the accused as Vijaya Narasimha from Kadapa and Varun from Visakhapatnam.

Further investigation is ongoing.
