Minister Bharath hosts lunch for meritorious SSC students

Minister for Industry and Commerce TG Bharath Gupta on Sunday (May 17) hosted a special lunch at his residence for the top five students from Kurnool constituency who were studying in government schools and got perfect marks in the recently declared SSC results. Mr. Bharath personally called the students and invited them to his home to have lunch with him.

Congratulating the students on their achievements and offering cash incentives as rewards, Bharath encouraged the students to continue their excellence in academic fields and achieve similar results in their future studies.

Mr. Bharath said that after the formation of the NDA government, HRD Minister Nara Lokesh initiated several transformative changes in the education sector under the leadership of Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu. “Mr. Lokesh is striving to elevate government schools to a level where they can compete with private and corporate educational institutions,” he said, adding that students in government schools have performed commendably in the SSC exams.

Among the students who had lunch with the minister was Dr. There were Pikkili Likhitha (593 marks), Pinjari Gireesha (591), Meesala Meghana (587) and Kuruva Mallikarjuna (581) from APJ Abdul Kalam Memorial Municipal Corporation High School and Gajula Rohitha (582) from C. Camp Municipal High School.

Students and their parents expressed their satisfaction that Mr. Bharath personally invited them to his home and encouraged them. They also thanked Mr. Chandrababu Naidu and Mr. Lokesh.
