Fans flocked to the streets of North London on Tuesday night after Manchester City failed to beat Bournemouth to become English champions for the fourth time.

Arsenal fans packed pubs in north London and celebrated wildly after the title victory was confirmed.

Thousands of people gathered outside the Emirates setting off fireworks, setting off red flares, waving flags and chanting slogans to celebrate their first league title since Arsene Wenger lifted the trophy in 2004.

Fans had flocked to Arsenal’s pre-match bars, including the Drayton Park Arms, the World’s End in Finsbury Park and the Tollington, just minutes from their stadium.
