Mark Latham’s ex partner withdraws apprehended violence order

Mark Latham’s former partner has withdrawn allegations that he pressured her to perform degrading sexual acts in support of his AVO application, a court has heard.
Nathalie May Matthews applied for an arrest warrant (AVO) against Mr Latham in July 2025, alleging he pressured him to perform degrading sexual acts.
Mr Latham has always denied the allegations.
The issue was raised briefly at Downing Center Local Court on Wednesday, where the AVO application was rejected.
“The AVO application has been withdrawn… this is a good outcome,” Mr Latham’s lawyer Zali Burrows said outside court.
In her original AVO application, Ms Matthews alleged that Mr Latham harassed her and pressured her to perform degrading sexual acts; However, the full allegations were not disclosed by the court and no criminal charges were filed by NSW Police.
