Cuban Americans React to US Indictment of Raúl Castro

The United States Department of Justice has charged Raúl Castro, the former Cuban president and brother of Fidel Castro, with the deaths of four exiles living in Miami when the Cuban army shot down their plane in 1996. Raúl Castro is 94 years old and still one of the forces of Cuba’s communist regime. NBC’s Jesse Kirsch reports for TODAY.
