Welcome to the steroid Olympics, aka the Enhanced Games
The Steroid Olympics, a privately owned sports competition where doping is permitted and even encouraged, begins today in Las Vegas. It’s called Advanced Games, and like a circus it promises us never-before-seen feats.
Before the first swimmer dives into a custom-built four-lane pool in a casino parking lot, there are two questions to ask:
- Is this… bad?
- Was there a disaster?
Is this… bad?
Frankly speaking, yes in general. But it’s interesting to consider the exceptions.
