Titan is facing the reality of missed opportunities in the eyewear space. Titan became the first mover in the organized eyewear space by launching EyePlus in 2007. But Lenskart, launched three years later, eventually became the dominant player in the category with a growth of 32.5%. ₹Operating income 8,800 crore in 2025-26. By contrast, Titan’s eyewear business, which includes Fastrack Eyewear, is still a fraction of Lenskart’s scale, with reported revenue growing by 14.4%. ₹916 crore in the last financial year.
