Kenneth Law: The 79 UK victims linked to online poison seller who aided suicides

Canadian national Kenneth Law has admitted charges of aiding suicide after selling lethal substances online.

People from across the world are said to have bought the substances from Law, including dozens in the UK.

Law, 60, entered guilty pleas to charges relating to Canadian victims when he appeared in court in Ontario on Friday.

The National Crime Agency (NCA) and the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) said 79 UK victims died as a direct result of purchasing Law’s products.

Here is a list of the 79 people named in the Canadian court on Friday.

Prosecutors have restricted the identities of some victims to their initials.

– Ben Lake, 50, was found dead at his home by police on March 22 2021, after a friend called emergency services raising concern for his welfare.

– Rachel Jordan, 38, was found dead by her partner at their home on July 1 2021.

– Tom Windsor, 29, died at his home on July 10 2021, despite paramedics’ attempts at life support after he called 999 saying he had ingested a poison and “does not want to die”.

– Hannah Boggett, 20, died in hospital on July 15 2021, four days after ingesting a poison sold to her by Law.

– A woman referred to as J.A-L, 43, was found dead at her home by her husband and daughter on July 25 2021.

– Marcus Henson, 49, was found dead at his home on September 22 2021 by police conducting a welfare check.

– Michael Dunham, 38, was found dead at a hotel on the Isle of Wight on October 13 2021.

– Henry Tucker, 14, was found dead in his bedroom by his parents on October 27 2021.

– Thomas Parfett, 22, was found dead in a hotel by staff on October 28 2021.

– Keith Pentland, 44, was found dead in a woodland by a couple walking their dog on November 20 2021.

– Callum Thurlow-Lewis, 20, was found dead on his bed by his grandmother on November 21 2021.

– Sophie Hoff, 32, was found dead in her room at accommodation provided by Bournemouth Church Housing Association on December 7 2021.

– Mark Jones, 53, was found dead at his home on January 28 2022 by police officers conducting a welfare check.

– Alex O’Donoghue, 21, was found dead in his student room on February 24 2022 by officers from Warwick University’s Community Safety Team, who had been alerted by his partner.

– A man referred to as S.A., 41, was found dead at his family home by his mother on February 27 2022.

– Brian McCorry, 48, was found dead at his home on March 8 2022 by police who had attended after his sister raised concerns for his welfare.

– Sean Macro, 30, was found dead in a bedroom on March 9 2022 by police after his mother raised concerns his welfare.

– Neha Raju, 23, was found dead on her bed on April 10 2022 by paramedics who had been called to her student accommodation, along with police and fire service, after her family reported that she had not replied to messages for two days.

– Daniel Tucker, 24, died in hospital on April 22 2022. He had been discharged from hospital earlier that day after being admitted under section 2 of the Mental Health Act.

– Mark Burns, 46, was found dead in a hotel room at Manchester Airport in April 22 2022 after his family contacted police to report him missing.

– Megan Davidson, a 21-year-old maths student at Lancaster University, was found ill in her room on May 16 2022 by friends to whom she had sent a message saying she had taken “the pill”, was scared and wanted help. She died in hospital the same day.

– Yeanu Mistry, 22, was found dead by staff at a Premier Inn in Milton, Oxfordshire, on May 21 2022.

– Samuel Whitaker, a 19-year-old Warwick University student, was found collapsed outside his halls of residence on June 6 2022 by members of the public who began CPR until an ambulance arrived. He died in hospital later that day.

– Julia Dinan was found dead on June 8 2022 – her 32nd birthday – by staff in a hotel room in Tower Bridge, London, after she failed to check out on time.

– Sebastian-Vasile Morar, 24, was found dead at his home on June 13 2022 by his landlord, who was conducting a welfare check.

– Gary Cooper, 41, was found dead in his bed by his parents on July 3 2022.

– Chirag Patel, 26, was found dead by staff in a Premier Inn room in Wembley, north-west London, on July 5 2022.

– Axel Ford, 17, was found unresponsive on July 23 2022, by staff at the assisted living accommodation where Ford had gone to live after release from a secure mental health facility.

– Abdul Adams, 24, was found dead on his bed by his mother on August 19 2022.

– Danielle Kathryn Cornish, 29, was found dead at her home on August 22 2022 by police and paramedics after she called emergency services to report she had ingested a poison.

– Faith Ike-Elechi, 21, died shortly after arriving in hospital in the early hours of August 23 2022. Her brother had found her in distress earlier that morning after he heard “screaming” coming from her bedroom.

– A man referred to as H.A., 18, was found dead in the bathroom of his home by his mother and two sisters on August 31 2022.

– Ben Gosbee, 21, was found dead at his home on September 11 2022 by his mother, who had entered his bedroom to give him some clean laundry.

– Matthew Orr, 38, was found dead in woodland by a dog walker on September 26 2022.

– Brendan Figura, 36, was found dead in his bed by his mother on September 26 2022.

– A woman referred to as Z.E.R., 29, was found dead in her bedroom on October 3 2022 by police who had attended after she emailed her letting agent telling them she had taken her own life.

– Aimee Louise Elif Walton, 21, was found dead on October 14 2022 in a hotel room by a friend.

– Riley Coates, 20, was found dead in his student room on October 17 2022 by university staff who had been told by his mother that she had not heard from him in 10 days.

– Lauren Stephanie Boxall, 25, died at home on October 17 2022 after her partner called emergency services and told them she appeared to be having a seizure.

– Zoe Holyhead, 34, was found dead in her bedroom by her father on October 18 2022.

– Andrew Kenward, 30, was found dead in his car by a passer-by on October 24 2022.

– Adam Watson, 26, was found dead in a field near his home by a police dog on October 25 2022. His father had reported him missing earlier that day.

– Christopher Pitcher, 47, was found dead in his bedroom by his landlady on December 1 2022.

– Oliver Wade, 37, was found dead in his car, parked in the driveway of his family home, by his father on December 6 2022, three days after his mother died from cancer.

– Imogen Nunn, 25, was found dead at her home by police on January 1 2023. Ms Nunn, who was profoundly deaf and also suffered from depression and PTSD, had been reported missing after she left a New Year’s Eve party at a friend’s house unannounced.

– Russell Amer, 63, was found dead in a hotel room on January 6 2023.

– Viorel Cotlau, 24, was found dead in a bathroom at his home by his mother on January 9 2023.

– Karen Griffiths, 56, was found dead at her home on January 11 2023 by police carrying out a welfare check.

– Joshua Warner, a 21-year-old Portsmouth University student, was found by fellow students in their halls of residence on January 31 2023.

– Ashleigh Harris, 26, died in hospital on February 6 2023 after she was seen stumbling out of a door and collapsing by a witness who called the emergency services.

– Zeta Oguwuike, an 18-year-old first year medical student at Leicester University, was found dead at her accommodation by staff on February 8 2023, after her parents and brother contacted the university and police said they had not heard from her in three days.

– James Carty, 26, was found dead in a hotel room by staff on February 14 2023.

– Fran Osman, 44, was found dead at home by her psychiatrist on February 21 2023.

– Emmanuel Ladapo, 24, was found dead in his bedroom by police who attended his home address on February 28 2023. His sister, who lived with him, had called emergency services because he was not responding to her from inside his bedroom.

– Maria Eftenoiu, 18, was found dead on March 5 2023 by a member of staff at Little Acorns Supported Living Accommodation in Uxbridge, where she lived.

– C.L.J., 41, was found dead in a hotel room by staff on March 7 2023 after she failed to check out.

– Adam Alexander Birch, 28, was found dead in his bed by his mother on March 15 2023.

– Emilija Kaczmarska, 23, died in hospital on the evening of April 6 2023 after she called a mental health crisis team to tell them she was going to ingest poison.

– Maddy Forsyth, 22, was found dead on April 17 2023, in the bedroom of an apartment in York which she had rented for the weekend. The cleaner contacted police after they failed to access the property.

– Gulaid Elmi, 19, was found dead in the kitchen of his home by his mother on April 19 2023.

– Joseph Weston, 40, was found dead in a woodland in Leicestershire by a member of the public on April 21 2023.

– Oliver Doughty, 49, was found dead in his bed on April 21 2023 by a friend who lived with him.

– Con Courtney, 25, was found dead in a hotel room by staff on May 1 2023 – a day after he had been visited by police for a welfare check following disclosure of Law’s customers to law enforcement.

– Andrew Brown, 63, was found dead on May 2 2023 by his son at their home. He had been visited by police the day before his death following disclosure of Law’s customers to law enforcement. Mr Brown told police he bought the poison while struggling with his mental health, but said his mental health had improved.

– Liam Thackray, 24, was found dead at his home by police on May 2 2023. He had been visited by officers on April 29 after disclosure of Law’s customers to law enforcement. Mr Thackray told police he had flushed the received “suicide kit” down the toilet, and no longer had suicidal thoughts.

– Shelemiah Pedaiah Peterkin, 29, was found dead at her home by police on October 2 2023. She had been visited by officers on April 30 2023 after disclosure of Law’s customers to law enforcement. She told police she had no thoughts of self-harm.

– Libby Jones, 24, was found dead in bed by her grandmother on November 17 2023. She had been visited by police on May 1 2023 after disclosure of Law’s customers to law enforcement. She confirmed buying a poison but said she had disposed of it.

– Grzegorz Doniec, 43, was found dead in a hotel room by police on December 1 2023 after his partner reported him missing. He had been visited by police on April 30 2023 for a welfare check after disclosure of Law’s customers to law enforcement. He denied knowing anything about the purchase.

– Emma Coletti, 47, was found dead in woodland by police on November 28 2024 after her mother called reporting concern for her welfare.

– Matthew White, 22, was found dead in woodland on May 31 2025, five days after his sister called emergency services to report him missing from their home.

– Abdul Samad Rahman, 40, was found dead by staff at a hotel on July 26 2025.

– Ibrar Malik, 43, was found dead at his home by paramedics on October 4 2025 after a church minister called police saying he had not heard from him for a while.

– Mark Brian Bailey, 44, was found dead at his home by paramedics on January 4 2026. He had been visited by police in May 2023 after disclosure of Law’s customer list to law enforcement.

– Kenneth Chivers, 40, was found dead in a vehicle by police on January 6 2023 after a report by a member of the public.

– Krystle Mary Anderson, 36, was found dead in a one-person tent in a secluded area of woodland in Lossiemouth, Scotland, on July 6 2022.

– Bethany Langton, 23, was found dead in her room at her family home by her parents on March 3 2023.

– Hansen Wang, a 22-year-old student at the University of St Andrews in Scotland, died on March 7 2023 after he called emergency services from his residence hall saying he had ingested poison. Paramedics attended but were unable to revive him.

– Ross Gibson, 30, was found dead at his home by his landlord on April 26 2023.

– Craig Pirie, 37, died in hospital in the early hours of April 18 2023 after he called emergency services telling them he had ingested poison. Mr Pirie had previously been the subject of a welfare check by police after disclosure of Law’s customer list to law enforcement. He told officers he no longer had Law’s product.
